Local Half Hog Share

Hogs will be approximately 240 lbs live weight & 170 lbs hanging weight. Take home weight is estimated to be ± 55 lbs per half. 

Hogs are slaughtered the last Monday of the Month and orders are generally finished 2 weeks later. You will receive a text upon completion to pickup your order.

Cutting & wrapping will be as follows per HALF HOG. Double for WHOLE HOGS. There are limited choices to keep cost down: 

• (16) Bone In Pork Chops - wrapped 2 per package

• (6) Bone In Pork Steaks - wrapped 2 per package

• (2) Roasts

• (1) Rack of spare ribs

• (2) Half hams or (1) whole ham your choice. Estimated 15 lbs for a whole

• (8-10) Smoked bacon packages wrapped in 1 lb packs

• (16) Packages of ground pork in 1 lb leak proof chubs. You can select 2 flavors. (Breakfast, Chorizo, Italian, or Plain)
