Walk-In Processing

  • Prices are based on batch weight, taken after product is ground and seasoned, but prior to smoking & packaging.

  • There is a 30 pound minimum charge regardless of the amount brought in.

  • All packages will be paper wrapped.

  • Product will be made in batches with other trim brought in. Milaca Meats does not perform individual batches.

  • Milaca Meats uses high quality boneless beef & pork trim for all products. We are not responsible for bone or gristle under any circumstances.

  • Milaca Meats uses beef in our summer sausage & snack sticks. We use pork trim in our brats, breakfast links.
