  • Prices are based on batch weight, taken after product is ground and seasoned, but prior to smoking & packaging.

  • There is a 25 pound minimum charge regardless of the amount brought in.

  • All packages will be paper wrapped. Ground prdouct will be in leak proof chubs.

  • Product will be made in batches with other trim brought in. Milaca Meats does not perform individual batches.

  • Milaca Meats uses high quality boneless trim for all products. We are not responsible for bone or gristle under any circumstances.

  • No returns all purchases are final.
